A client of ours, Remedy Health Media (www.remedyhealthmedia.com), a health and wellness media company based in Arlington, VA, is hiring a Software Engineer to join their growing company. They have hired us to conduct this important search on their behalf.
This role will be the technical lead on large projects that directly impact customers! If you like learning new things, building solutions, creating APIs / widgets and you can explain why, this is the job for you.
As an important member of the team, you will participate in the early stages of the product development life cycle; collaborate closely with our multiple departments including product development, editorial, design, project management and customer service.
Products we work on:
- Tele-health solutions – built a web/mobile portal for the largest tele-health provider. The product is expected to reach 100k users in its first year. We are gearing up for phase two!
- Content Syndication – help us build an API library to give access to our credible and simply excellent content to more people.
- EMR and CRM integration – allowing us to integrate more tightly with hospitals, employers and care providers.
- And many, many more!

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for technical design and development of solutions for enterprise clients.
- Deliver quality, scalable code that meets client requirements, on-time and within budget.
- Manages technical deliverables, timelines, and resources which may include off-shore consultants.
- Oversee the standards, quality of code and deliverables of consultants.
- Collaborate with project management and QA teams to: fully capture all customer product requirements; track and manage customer product developments; and successfully execute product and project testing lifecycle.
