You will be responsible for developing a customer-facing video-publishing Web Application. Our existing Mongo/Express/Angular/NodeJS (MEAN) tool is used internally to publish to our Portico.TV service (http://portico.tv); the successful candidate will be responsible for adapating this tool for use by external customers.
As the lead engineer for this Web Application you will be expected to work closely with our existing internal publishing team and external customers to determine feature sets, make UI/UX descisions, and develop both the front-end and server-side parts of the application.
The Net2TV engineering team is a small team of developers with many years of experience developing video and television-related products at companies such as Netflix, TiVo, ReplayTV, OnLive and Sony. You will also be expected to contribute at various times to other parts of the Net2TV software stack, developing back-end and front-end code, and recommending new features that enhance our service.
