Front End Engineering Manager
Credit Karma is looking for an experienced Front End Engineering Manager. You will be a hands-on expert "in all things front end" and we will look to you to make critical engineering decisions and push for thoughtful, maintainable solutions. In this role, you will lead an engineering team towards the latest front-end technology to build scalable web apps targeting the most modern browsers and delivering ground-breaking interfaces, visualizations, and user experiences.
What The Job Entails
- Hands-on engineering. You'll be coding!
- Willingness to push the bounds of client-side web development with the goal of creating a unique experience for users.
- Day-to-day leadership for the Front-End Engineering team with a focus on employee development and growth.
- Evaluate key technologies and drive thoughtful implementations.
- Play a key role in connecting the front-end engineering team with other engineering, product, design, and infrastructure teams.
- Comfortable evangelizing web technologies across the organization.
