Home24 is searching for a Head of Infrastructure with data center, networking and enterprise infrastructure environment experience.
In this position, you will support the infrastructure engineering organization whose responsibilities include scalability, management and 24x7x365 uptime of the Home24 infrastructure. You will further assist with data center, optical planning, capacity management, purchasing and budget controlling and report directly to the CTO.
The position is full-time and based in our great office in Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Manage the cross-functional infrastructure and the helpdesk
- Responsible of people management, performance reviews and actions as well as coaching and consulting of teams
- Responsible of day-to-day coordination and quality assurance of projects and processes
- Control projects across teams and functions
- Interface with engineering and business owners for project requirements
