- Ability to work on, prioritize and manage multiple assignments and projects.
- Integrate and deploy the final product in a production environment.
- Articulate business requirements to the rest of the technical team such that they understand the details for the technical solution needed.
- Anticipate problems and future technical needs and take necessary corrective steps to ensure they are addressed.
- Develops an understanding of the client to identify business requirements and ensures that the solutions offered address the most critical identified business problems.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Ability to collaborate with high performing cross functional team members off-shore located.
- Develop and maintain high quality code for complex components in a given product.
