We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and drive the process within our IT team. This role will directly help us increase feature delivery and productivity. You will work across our entire product with ambitious colleagues in a challenging environment, to help develop our IT team both technically and professionally. You will be responsible for process stability and overview as well as guidance of the entire IT personal. You must be an agreeable co-worker and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial company. Most importantly, you must be a creative, hands-on, innovative problem solver with the vision to help us define the future of Wimdu.
Your Tasks:
- You are in close contact with our CTO as well as all internal stakeholders to define and lead our processes.
- Responsibility to overview the ongoing and planned feature development in the long term, with a strong knowledge about technical implementation.
- Overview the entirety of the integration process.
- Assume responsibility for projects in an end-to-end development on web and mobile platforms.
- Evolving process and practices associated with software development, with a focus on continuous integration.
- Manage and help the IT team to find solutions for all technical and non-technical problems.
