YOUR TASKS
- As a visionary technological and business mastermind you are responsible for establishing, executing and communicating the technical vision across all aspects of software development
- You will define tasks, schedule deliverables and track the progress against committed timelines
- You will break down feature requests into individual tasks and act as facilitator if problems occur
- You are leading weekly meetings, manage development sprints and act as facilitator
- You will train developers in acquiring new skills
- With your hands on mentality you will actively support the coding of new features, whenever necessary
