This job specification is for a Software Engineering Manager in Test with a blend of excellent people management skills, leadership skills, a passion for QA and software development skills in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and web application test frameworks such as Selenium. Experience in C++, C#, Java, Python or Ruby is a plus.
The successful candidate will lead a team of 8 developers in test and work closely with other development leads, developers and Program Managers to develop test strategies, tools and test code to test the product and constantly improve product and testing quality. A deep passion for quality is a critical characteristic for the role.
