Your Role
Our platform deals with huge amounts of data and billions of requests. We work closely with Quality Assurance, DevOps, Product Managers, and frontend and backend engineers to deliver new features and make sure our systems can easily handle high traffic.
Each engineering team works with a clear mission in mind, taking accountability for every part of the system from deployment to deciding among themselves whether to work with Scrum or Kanban. The teams are multidisciplinary and consist of developers, QA engineers and product managers. As Lead Developer you head our mobile (iOS/Android) engineering team.
- Design, develop and maintain our mobile advertising platform with an experienced team of developers and architects
- You are in charge of building a real team spirit - motivating your team members as well as integrating new hires
- You are responsible for the professional development of your team members. Challenge and work closely with them day-by-day to help them grow, technically or otherwise
- Manage your team to ensure it is working efficiently and is reaching its goals and commitments
- You are 100% involved with hands-on coding, you support other iOS developers who are integrating the SponsorPay SDK and help with troubleshooting integrations
- Evaluate the impact of changes in our partners’ SDKs and be responsible for keeping compatibility with them
- You work closely with the product team to discuss new features and technologies, research technical feasibility of new ideas and actively suggest improvements
