Work alongside the Engineering Program Director to lead the Engineering Department and ensure timely delivery of strategic projects with a strong focus on deployment velocity. Bringing forth extensive experience managing large cross-functional teams, the Director of Engineering will establish and own the technical vision within the organization to lead and enable IT and business goals. Provide technical direction and management for the analysis, design, integration, testing, and ongoing support of large, complex initiatives. Drive process change, increasing “time to market” productivity. Dually responsible for talent attraction, selection and retention management within the department. This position reports to the CTO of MarkaVIP.
