Job Description:
Charles River Analytics develops state-of-the-art software systems for members of the U.S. Armed Forces and other branches of the Department of Defense. Our customers require software that supports understanding and making decisions about human behavior, monitoring and optimizing missions, training skills and optimizing team performance, and fusing and analyzing data from multiple types of sensors. We are looking for outstanding candidates with hands-on desktop and/or web application development experience and exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies. You will help design and implement user-centered applications, working closely with our customers and users, and with our top-notch team of software engineers and scientists. Because the domain involves the exploration of scientific concepts, such as human behavior modeling and probabilistic reasoning, the desire and ability to learn and understand advanced concepts, both within and outside of software engineering, will be an important part of your success.
