The Amazon Fulfillment Technologies (AFT) team is responsible for delivering the software that powers Amazon's outbound supply chain. We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to drive security activities in the Amazon Fulfillment Technologies group.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience with technical product management in a software development environment utilizing lifecycles such as scrum, waterfall, or agile
- Ability to credibly coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Effective written and oral communication with all levels of the organization including senior leadership
- A passion to make things better and a resourceful, prioritization based approach to achieving goals
- Sharp analytical abilities and problem solving skills
- Strong sense of ownership and drive
- Ability to prioritize and synthesize action items from disparate options and trains of thought
- Mature judgment, negotiation, and leadership skills
