Datavalet Technologies is seeking a developer to implement and assist in the design and optimization of our firewall gateway appliance. In this role you will work with various stake holders to translate requirements into an end to end solution. The ideal candidate for this role has C and PHP experience and has a history of implementation and optimization of network based appliances using Linux and/or BSD.
What you’ll be doing
- Participating in a team-oriented environment to extend core functionality of our firewall gateway appliance and meet our requirements
- Continue the development on the source code of our network gateway appliance which may include kernel modules and resolving driver issues
- Contribute to the improvement and customization of a leading open source firewall projects
