As a Senior Digital Producer working predominantly with Agile Scrum teams, your primary roles are to perform the necessary analytical research to help clients discover and clearly define their needs in user-story format, manage client relations and communications throughout the production life-cycle of web platforms and digital products, and act as an internal advocate for both the end-user and the organization stakeholders.
You will be responsible for the execution and success of some of Therefore’s largest and most complex projects.
This is a front-line position which involves high level communication with both our internal teams and our clients. In this important position, you will be directly influencing the quality, client satisfaction and processes within this fast-growing digital agency. You will be contributing to the development of a forward thinking team and ensuring outstanding work is delivered to all clients.
