The Role
We are looking for an experienced lead engineer to join our exciting and innovative team, driving both core product development and interface. This product focuses heavily on JavaScript manipulation of common web browsers, so excellent JavaScript abilities are a must.
In this role, you will:
• Work closely with the technical team lead to drive and implement best-of-breed solutions for Ensighten's customers
• Lead team in Scrum execution and promote Scrum / Agile best practices
• Work closely with the Product Owner to define quarterly team commitments and drive team to deliver on those commitments
• Quickly prototype and iterate on ideas
• Partner and work closely with the User Experience (UX) team to translate wireframes and designs into code
• Collaborate with business and cross-functional team members as needed.
