The Senior Java Software Developer will be working in the Development team where 20 developers inAmsterdamand near-shore are working in 3 Scrum teams (desktop website, mobile and printing office software), with the newest breeds of software, tools and methodologies. In the Amsterdam team (5 FTE) you will work closely with a Back-end Developer to form the senior part of the desktop website team. You will report directly to Greetz’s CTO, Jan van der Veen.

As a Senior Java Software Developer with Greetz you will be responsible for converting business requirements of internal clients into business rules to develop tangible software solutions. We expect you will lead and influence the company technology directions, define architecture blueprints, design and develop systems, tools, integration and test methods.
In an informal yet demanding environment you will experience freedom to experiment with new technology. Your ambition will be to grow the Greetz IT department into a center for eCommerce innovation (in close collaboration with product management) and a professional service organization.
