We are looking for someone to lead and drive technological direction of mobile within a very small startup team. It’s no ordinary job, it won’t be easy and it certainly won’t be like working at any other company. Your skills and experiences must span further than just coding and you will be counted on for your opinions and direction of the business.

Your responsibilities?
- Leading iOS mobile development within the R&D team;
- Understanding and building upon product best practices and appreciating the user experience;
- Cultivating and enforcing technical and architectural guidelines for our iOS applications;
- Enforcing agile practices like test driven development, CI and test automation;
- Helping to build, lead and mentor a team of “A” class mobile developers;
- Writing clean, architecturally sound and maintainable code;
- Maintaining the current iOS app by fixing bugs and improving application performance;
- Delivering features within tight deadlines;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create, design and ship new features;
- Unit-test code for robustness, include edge cases, usability and reliability;
- Discovering and implementing the newest technologies.
