QA Lead (f/m)
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of automation & manual testers, which are distributed among different product groups
- Be responsible for stable applications in an agile environment with high output of new features & projects
- Build & maintain an excellent & up-to-date automated test framework / infrastructure
- Align capacity, effort, project timelines & deployments
- Discuss & define overall testing strategy/process, infrastructure, etc.
- Constant analysis & implementation of state-of-the- art technologies, frameworks, processes
