The Back End Developer will work within a core Agile SCRUM team to develop efficient, fully tested and performant middleware and back-end web applications. The developer will also contribute to the software architecture and lead the component design for all middleware, application servers and server-side integrations.
The Developer will be working on a Greenfield deployment, so must be confident and experienced in leading these activities in a small, focused team. The team will design and implement of innovative web applications to support Weve B2B APIs.
Responsibilities also include positive contribution to the software delivery process, ensuring software design is documented, acceptance criteria is properly defined, adhering to and refining the development and release processes and tooling, and supporting QA.
The Developer has responsibility for ensuring production services are properly maintained and will provide third line support for production deployments.
