As a PHP Application Programmer, together with other team members, you are responsible for creating and maintaining of a wide range of digital technology systems and applications. You have knowledge in a variety of areas and a strong understanding of how to combine new technology with creative innovations. You continually educate yourself on the latest technologies, and try to stay on the professional edge. The ideal candidate should have solid experience developing using PHP5, MySQL and jQuery. As a PHP Application Programmer, your responsibilities include:
- Working with our team (e.g., team leads, executives, sales team) to plan program code enhancements and changes to the award-winning proprietary software, including all aspects of programming
- Maintaining software repositories, keeping our client software up to date, configuring servers, installing patches.
- Developing high-performance, test-driven, highly available hospitality industry oriented client software with flexibility and code reusability in mind.
- Helping other team members with extensive knowledge you have.
- Taking part in maximizing software functionality (either back-end or front-end related), optimizing and improving user experience.
