Analysis for design and functionality of our Guided Outcomes platform providing proactive advice and input into business model design, systems integration and core product development initiatives.
Act as the link between product stakeholders co-ordinating and task managing key activities ensuring specifications are clear, understood and without technical or commercial query
Engage with business stakeholders and team members in planning discussions, facilitating workshops and discussions to evolve new business thinking creatively and constructively
Produce architectural, process and modelling design documents which graphically portray a clear and agreed path forward to phased functional build
Perform analysis to identify potential deployment hurdles, advising on problem resolution and gaining consensus on agreed actions which mitigate risk and generate confidence with team members and all stakeholders
Develop and maintain system documentation including process maps, data flows, infrastructure diagrams, as well as installation and configuration procedures
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, decomposing high-level information into action based initiatives.
Assist in quality assurance helping to define testing strategy and risks.
Provide significant contributions in the testing of new solutions or enhancements to existing solutions
Identify required changes ensuring formal change control processes are prescribed and adhered to
Adhering to the firm’s Information Security standards, policies and procedures.
