The Role
We are looking for an experienced lead mobile software engineer to join our exciting and innovative team, driving Ensighten's mobile initiatives.
In this role, you will:
• Work closely with the technical team lead to drive and implement best-of-breed mobile solutions for Ensighten's customers
• Lead team in Scrum execution and promote Scrum / Agile best practices
• Work closely with the Product Owner to define quarterly team commitments and drive team to deliver on those commitments
• Quickly prototype and iterate on ideas
• Partner and work closely with the User Experience (UX) team to translate wireframes and designs into code
• Collaborate with business and cross-functional team members as needed
