VICE is developing a new, video-driven multi-media news brand, documenting & exploring the issues that are most relevant to young people around the world. We have activated our global VICE network to produce the most engaging video and editorial for this new brand, and we are now building a dedicated multi-platform product to house this content. To that end we are looking to add several key positions to our team.
The Head of Product will play the lead role in the design of the VICE News user experience, author experience, and content structures that distribute VICE News' video, text, photo, and interactive content. They will be responsible for product research, management of the creative process, generation of ideas, development of the user experience and ensuring the overall quality of the product. The candidate must have prior experience in the development of online news publishing platforms, be passionate about user experience and user testing and have hands-on experience working in UX design.
