The perfect candidate will have experience in a comparable role on banking software projects, a passion for technology, and a deep appreciation for simple design.
Responsibilities:
- Define requirements, understand the competitive environment, focus on customer needs and communicate between development and the lines of business.
- Managing day to day ownership, product backlog, tasks, prioritization, stand-ups, demos, outgoing/assertiveness – understands the design process.
- Ability to communicate with business and IT and push back as needed.
- Own the roadmap and the priorities for the team
- Act as primary interface to stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of business vision, requirements and feature needs.
- Use effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Own the development, delivery and maintenance of your applications by leading cross-functional teams consisting of IT, operations, business analysis, customer service, marketing, and stakeholders from different business units
- Collaborate with business stakeholders as well as project team to create and maintain release roadmaps based on projected team velocity, estimated size of features, and business priorities.
- Analyze information to make decisions and/or influence change
- Maintain close working relationship with our business partners and other cross-organizational partners
- Ability to collaborate with high performing cross functional team members off-shore located
