As a Platform UI Architect/Team Leader, you will work as part of the OnCommand Foundation team which provides the architecture, frameworks, core services and technology stack, all necessary to develop OnCommand products efficiently. The team builds highly scalable platforms and solutions to meet the ever-increasing demands of security, usability and integration.
The OnCommand Product Suite provides customers with robust capabilities necessary for managing their critical data. The Suite offers flexible and innovative solutions for monitoring and analyzing system performance, avoiding and remediating system contention issues, creating advanced automated workflows, managing and protecting system resources and Big Data.
You will work at the NetApp New England (NANE) Center of Excellence in Waltham, MA, home to several critical NetApp departments which include Engineering Support, the Advanced Technology Group, the OS (Operating Systems) group, the OS Kernel QA group, the Virtual Appliance Excellence Center, OnCommand Insight, OnCommand Performance Manager and the Engineering Tools Team. The teams evolved from several acquisitions and have grown to a population of over 300 employees. NANE continues to grow at a rapid pace and has been funded for continued expansion.
