Technical Lead and architect for a team of 20+ onshore and offshore developerso develop a world class enterprise client facing portal that is highly intuitive, easy to use, aesthetically pleasing and highly scalable.

The portal will provide a seamless client experience across ADP's multiple industry leading products.

Plan and manage complex projects that are highly visible at business and IT executive leadership

Lead and participate in architectural technology designs considering usability, scalability, security and ongoing supportability of software components.

Lead one or more development teams during the analysis, architecture, design, development and implementation of Distributed Systems applications using Web based, Java, J2EE, XML, Web Services, Oracle and Security, authentication/authorization technologies.

Work with business and systems analysts to ensure that projects are correctly defined and that technical designs fulfill the desired functional requirements.

Technical lead and architect for a team of onshore and offshore associates

Develop business and user requirements, technical architecture, functional specifications, design documents, and testing requirements as necessary for the project.

Provide guidance and support to the team.

Deliver formal presentation of findings, recommendations, and specifications in verbal and written reports.

Collaborate with business analysts and different IT functional departments including infrastructure, program management and QA.

Collaborate with other ADP constituencies in Shared Products, Security, Hosting and Systems Engineering to ensure compliance with ADP policies and technical standards.

Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) meetings and present architecture/design to the ARB as required.

Provide timely and accurate reporting to project team and management. Indicate progress to plan, solutions, alternatives, etc.
