Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in our agile project teams on the build of major software releases
- Linux systems administration
- Automation of deployment and monitoring tasks
- Dealing with support queries escalated by Customer support teams
- Responsibility of documentation used by the team
- Develop modular code
- Take ownership of subsystems or functional areas
- Work with client groups to determine technical approaches
- Communicate difficult messages proactively and effectively, consistent with management direction
- Develops tools or processes as appropriate
