As an Agile Product Manager, you will work with software development engineers, scrum masters, project managers, other managers, and both internal and external stakeholders as part of a technical organization focused on the highest priority needs of supporting the most popular US lottery games. A successful candidate will have an established background in managing customer-facing experiences, a strong technical ability, excellent project management skills, cultivated people-management experience, great communication aptitudes, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

Core responsibilities include participation in the creation, validation, and on-going refinement of the overall product strategy for Lottery, leading the development of products and solutions for key markets globally, and working with our global marketing sales teams to drive product and solution sales, increase market share, and increase profitability. The ideal candidate will be strong both commercially and technically, and be comfortable engaging with a variety of stakeholders across our customers, partners, suppliers, and internal organization. This person must have experience managing a product-oriented P&L, and be capable of driving business-level decisions at all levels of the organization.
Job Duties Include:
- Develop Linq3’s position within the entire US lottery and gaming Industry
- Define, develop, launch, and refine our technical solutions
- Work closely with our executive team and our internal and external customers to define and prioritize feature development
- Document product strategy and requirements (including technical requirements and business cases) in product requirement documents (PRDs)
- Create, maintain, prioritize, and sequence the product backlog based on business values or ROI
- Participate in project planning, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum-related meetings.
- Gather feedback and new requirements from customers
- Understand lottery and government regulations to ensure that Linq3 solutions are compliant with the current and changing market requirements
- Develop training material for respective products and train sales staff if needed
- Facilitate interactions between various teams (development, business operations, sales, marketing…)
- Represent Linq3 at public events (e.g. trade shows, speaking opportunities) as a subject matter expert
