INRIX is seeking a Project Manager within our Operations Team to ensure a high quality traffic result. INRIX has numerous custom, complex systems to provide traffic and routing information in 40+ countries around the world. We are adding this position to our Kirkland, WA office.
Responsibilities:
- Program manage the master list of internal Operations initiatives
- Maintain list
- Negotiate priorities across several parties with company goals in mind
- Project manage top initiatives to completion every quarter
- Evolve to best practice ITIL processes where applicable
- Own INRIX’s Service Desk implementation
- Ensure production system diagrams are current
- Manage the Change Management process
- Facilitate basic Capacity Planning activities
- Coordinate Operations audits (with consultant help)
- Plan, develop and test INRIX’s Disaster Recovery plan
- Develop and maintain a rough cost accounting for every major production service
Requirements:
- Positive attitude
- Clear communicator. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational capability
- Experience in IT Operations
- Experience with Service Desk software, in particular ServiceNow, a plus
Technical skills desired:
- Microsoft Office, including Project, Excel and Visio
- Project Management experience; PMP Certification a plus
- Understanding of Scrum and Agile planning
- Familiarity with ITIL, Certification Preferred
- Familiarity with data center equipment and relevant processes
- Disaster Recovery experience a plus
- Compliance/Audit exposure a plus
- Prior experience as an SA/DBA/Network Engineer a plus
