Our Technical Support Enablement team develops and maintains the solutions that help us achieve Customer Success. Our Tools Engineers are responsible for the tools that help create a smooth and satisfying customer experience as we mature as a company.
You will be working on innovative and effective solutions that help connect our external customers with our internal team and to make sure those interactions are as elegant and efficient as our awesome product offerings.
You might be a good fit if you receive as much satisfaction from facilitating others’ success as your own. You’ve been a Scrum Master and understand how to radiate information, provide visibility to all stakeholders, including the team itself, and you know how to remove impediments. You are able to support the Product Owner with prioritizing backlog, communicating updates and impediments, as well as assisting with release planning and maintenance of support enablement tools. You can improve the team’s engineering practices and tools as needed, as well as introduce new tools and engineering practices that can help the team become more efficient as we scale.
Proven knowledge and experience in the following areas will help you stand out:
- Familiarity with Support productivity tools and related API development
