Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of clear technical requirements, review requirements and provide feedback to product owners on functional feasibility, user experience and recommended improvements for core sales, ordering, and CRM platforms.
- Collaborate with other developers and subject matter experts to determine optimal solution architecture, efficiency, maintainability, and scalability.
- Build software to meet acceptance criteria by working with business units.
- Ability to direct systems teams to provide end to end monitoring and visibility to ensure excellent user experience.
- Peer review code and improve code review process.
- Document code, design and guide team in documentation standards.
- Train other developers and other departments on new standards and technologies.
- Research new technologies and document features and value.
- Work with other departments to build frameworks, tools, processes and automation to improve software development outside the core team.
