Our architecture is great! Our solutions utilizes a distributed architecture with an event store instead of a traditional relational database. CQRS is a philosophy we ascribe to. Our iPad synchronizes with the server and other iPads, and also has an offline mode. Because our overall solution is SaaS, we overcome challenges surrounding iPads that go offline and come online after an upgrade. The team is scrum based and we release every 2-3 weeks.
You’re going to be working closer with a lot of other programmers and here are the things they’ll be relying on you to know and do.
- Provide vision and leadership
- Write Code for the iPad app
- Work in a complementary way with the other iOS developer
- Perform code reviews, have code reviewed
- Participate in the dialogue and design of product architecture
- You’ll participate in backlog grooming, story sizing, standups, contribute to prioritization discussions, frequent releases, code reviews.
