You are the linking pin between the business and the development team. You are facilitating your team of 4-5 persons. It is complicated: you need to be commercial and at the same time you need to be able to keep your development process neat and clean.
You have affinity with payroll and customer services. In a rapidly changing company, you can quickly define what is key and what is a secondary functionality request. Words like spec, estimate, sprint and retro mean something to you. You will be challenged; the scope is large! You need to provide a steady and clear backlog for your team, so they can work as efficiently as possible.
In this role you will also be seen as a ‘first contact’ when things go wrong. You are able to determine if an issue is an error or a major –business stopping- error and take action accordingly.
