iVinci Health has an immediate need for a SQL/ETL Developer with deep Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS experience. Candidates must have significant experience developing high volume ETL processes for large enterprise systems and complex data transformations. The SQL/ETL Developer will be responsible for the design, development and support of SSIS packages, which will be used to move large amounts of data from source systems into data warehouses and transactional databases. The candidate with also be responsible for tuning the ETL processes, creation of the technical documentation necessary to support ETL processes, and participation in the development and execution of unit and system test plans.
Responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, test and troubleshoot SSIS packages that implement complex ETL processes
- Translate business requirements into technical designs to map and load data from source to destination systems
- Assist in database modeling and design at the conceptual, logical, and physical level
- Provide support to existing production ETL jobs
- Develop controls to ensure data quality meets or exceeds standards and thresholds
- Communicate open items and issues to management and development teams
