Act as the product leader to understand key business objectives. Work with Guest Insight and User Experience team to monitor competitor activities and understand guest needsDevelop feature/platform strategy and co-develop roadmap for tablet app, tablet web and mobile payment features to fulfill the unmet needsWork with Analytics team to create business cases to prioritize all user stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum business value, guest experience and align with enterprise strategyWork with cross-functional teams including User Experience, Design/Creative, Development/Engineer, QA, Architect, Analytics, Legal, Financial Service, Merchant, Finance, Marketing, Project Management(SCRUM) and other teams including agency partners, to develop, execute, marketing and measure stories/features, in a speedy, lean and agile conceptEnsure stories clearly communicate customer/stakeholder needs to the development teamWork with QA to certify that completed stories meet business needs (writing and verifying acceptance tests) and monitor ad-hot issuesWork with Target Innovation Lab to monitor future industry and guest trends to identify future feature/user stories and strategiesWork in a fast-pace, dynamic, nimble and start-up type environment in a well-developed leading organization
