We are looking for a highly experienced, motivated and visionary Chief Product Officer to join our Executive team, based in our headquarters in Madrid (Spain).  The CPO will lead the design and definition of all products, services, and features from a strategic, business-driven and hands-on perspective. You will advocate product initiatives through the entire lifecycle from idea and planning to development, testing and launch. Due to your entrepreneurial spirit you know how to grow a company and you know what “Think Big!” means.

Role Highlights








  • Reporting to the CEO, you will form part of the Executive team on the entire product definition and roadmap, being a key player in the company’s business strategy and direction.

  • Drive the definition, positioning, product requirements and go-to-market strategy.

  • Be a real top manager, both internally for the product management team (hiring training, leading, evaluating the performance) and externally to implement all stakeholder´s (including clients´) demands and needs.

  • Manage ideas and feedbacks, be on top of the technical operations and realizations and turn therefore ideas into working functional concepts and meet customer expectations.

  • Help bring collaborative cohesion between the product and development teams.








Key Accountability and Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the CEO.

  • Own the new products’ agenda, setting direction and priorities for product development as well as plans for sales and marketing activity.

  • Define the long-term product roadmap.

  • Lead a dynamic product team, which includes but not limited to Product Managers, UX Managers, UI designers.

  • Lead and facilitate the Product Managers in their definition of product requirements.

  • Responsible for timely delivery of  product roadmap.

  • Ensure a pipeline of ongoing new products, by generating new product ideas, securing resources to develop the best and prioritising effort together with the business development.

  • Create, build and optimize new as well as existing products based on data (web analytics, A/B tests, usability), working closely together with the Business Intelligence and International Marketing team.

  • Evaluate the market and competitors as well as pitch and implement new product features within the company.

  • Participate in the team definition, hiring, retention and growth.
