We're looking for Agile coaches, who are interested in joining a team that is building forward thinking web experiences and interactions. In this role, you will Work closely with engineering and business stakeholders to accelerate Agile adoption by providing training, coaching, feedback, and advice, and by helping to identify and resolve impediments.

Challenges you will be working on:
Assist an organization in learning the agile process and implementing agile within their corporate software environment
Motivate teams to adopt practices by showing problems with the status quo, explaining the benefits of new practices and principles, and understanding and overcoming perceived obstacles to adoption. Help teams form new work habits with hands-on coaching and feedback
Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing
Provide instruction and training to software development teams in the area of agile software principles
Assist the product owner with keeping the backlog groomed
Ensure cross-team coordination
Coach and mentor Team members, and tech leads
General requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering – equivalent work experience is acceptable
Should have more than 3 years hands-on experience in delivering projects using agile practices such as Scrum, XP, Kanban, SAFe etc.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience in teaching and/or mentoring multiple teams
Deep understanding of all software lifecycle development disciplines - Project Management, Requirements Management, Analysis & Design, Quality Assurance (Testing), Implementation, Deployment, Configuration & Change Management
Good written and oral communication skills in English and in Hungarian
