For our Cloud department we are seeking to recruit innovation engineers/ software developers who can strengthen our multi-disciplinary Cloud project team. It is important that you have a passion for technology, software development and large-scale systems. You are an experienced, technically skilled and committed software developer or engineer, and you are looking for a challenge that goes beyond mere development or assembly; constructing a global cloud platform that will make LeaseWeb the leading player in the market. Working together with a variety of different departments, you will help to develop innovative extensions to our product portfolio.
You will be given ample opportunity to further develop your skills and expertise in your specialized field, or to broaden your knowledge base by learning more about other systems and technologies. Research & Product Development, the department where you will work, consists of small teams with a start-up culture each of which focuses on a component from the product portfolio. The emphasis here is on all the systems that support the ‘product life cycle’: from delivery to billing and management.
This team of technical specialists drives the development of advanced platforms that enable us to deliver products and services to industry-leading customers, such as Wikipedia, Hyves and Twenga. Your team is multi-disciplinary, and consists of broadly oriented, creative professionals. We believe that knowledge of the market, technical drive and cooperation contribute to the quality of the end product. As a result, you can fill different roles in the projects. We currently have more than 200 highly skilled and motivated employees developing internet infrastructure solutions for our large portfolio of customers. To keep up with our enormous growth, we are looking for new programming gurus to strengthen our internal development department of 50 employers.
