As Peapod continues to grow our unique online grocery shopping service by providing both delivery & pick-up options, we are looking for a talented QA Analyst! Both our internal and customer facing systems need to work properly and efficiently to help our business thrive.
In this role, you will work within Peapod's Quality Assurance team. We work with a wide variety of current technologies in a Scrum (Agile) environment.
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Test and validate product enhancements and new product launches for a variety of application types.
- Create and execute test plans, test scenarios, test cases and test data for use during testing.
- Perform various levels of testing including functional, load, integration, stress and regression testing.
- Work closely with developers, database analysts and other QA analysts to deliver product functionality in an iterative process.
- Collaborate with team members to provide estimation of effort to complete testing tasks related to sprint stories during planning meetings.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation for projects and tasks. Ensure documentation complies with established QA development standards, policies and procedures and/or best practices.
- Thoroughly document any defects encountered and provide complete information to replicate the issue.
- Keep manager updated with status of tasks and make team aware of any issues or risks that may impact the delivery of a story or product release.
- Assist in maintenance of equipment and configuration in the QA lab and ensure that environments are available and properly configured for project needs.
- Participate in UAT with our user community as well as providing on-site support, training assistance and 3rd level support during the major implementations.
