POSITION SUMMARY: The SSIS Developer plays an integral role in the organization, supporting the consistent delivery of strong results through timely and accurate data management. Analytically oriented and technically competent, the developer will manage the data flow processes that scale efficiently according to rapidly shifting business demands. The primary responsibilities of the role is to manage the acquisition, translation, upload and validation of data in our various business systems. This position reports to the Director of Business Systems.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage the flow of student information between our client institutions and coaching operations for coaches to connect and manage interactions with their students
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of students information to support operational performance reporting
- Set up the process to capture client's data and leverage our systems to correctly execute client contracts, track and report on key performance metrics and successfully administer control groups
- Manage interactions with client contacts, maintaining positive relationships to enable smooth business continuity and support
- Create standard reports and dashboards that enable internal process and data validation
- Own the process for client information management and design and develop ETL processes for seamless data integration and analysis
- Own and update documentation to reflect new processes or nuances
